    The staff were wonderful! They were super friendly and hardworking. Ergys, the breakfast waiter, was especially helpful. The rooms were cozy, and I loved the indoor pool and SPA. The location is ideal, close to lively cafes and bars.

    It's a great location and the rooms are really nicely decorated. It's comfortable and easy to catch the bus or to grab something to eat. Close to the nightlife and just beside the mainstreet. If you want to go and visit the castle it it just a few minutes by car.

    The first impression from the staff made us disappointed. When we arrive at the hotel the receptionist saw that we as two girls had a twinbed in our room and we said that it wasn´t a problem for us. Then he really become uncomfortable and showed his disliking. He didn´t speak to us nicely and showed his disapproval. As a professional worker you shouldn´t show your emotions like this. The other staff we met during the evening and thay after was though nice. But the first impression never fades away. The bathroom was also not clean. It also seemed like the design of the toilet and the zink was not very convenient.

    Everything was perfectly fine, absolutely perfect location close to the center of the city and the new mosque by a main square at the end of a mostly pedestrianised area between the Mother Theresa statue, genuinely helpful staff. The triple room we stayed in was nicely furnished and extremely pleasant with balconies. Loved the nice interior...

    It was a modern and beautifully decorated hotel in a fairly nice area, next to pedestrian area, the mosque across the street, and the main pedestrian street. Its location at a short distance from Rruga Kole Idromeno was great and brilliant.

    The rooftop bar provided stunning views of the city, while breakfast included attentive service and was satisfying. The noise from the mosque's call to prayer disrupted our sleep a bit.
